[Prototype] A distorted image waits to be untangled by you. In this game prototype you'll find the image of a desert dune cut into triangles and need to rearrange the vertices to restore the image. After each run, you may increase the number of random vertices, hence the difficulty, by one.

By now, the download version is recommended, as it allows you to use custom images from the internet. If you need inspiration, check out unsplash.com :)

The images were provided by an excellent artist and close friend Constant Velocity

NOTE: You can drag the handles out of screen and there is no way to recover except reload (i.e. start from the beginning), so be warned until I fix it ;)  Bug is fixed, if you run in fullscreen.

This puzzle game is my take on new forms of puzzle entertainment. It is a by-product of learning how to write shaders, but I figured it is kind of fun to randomise vertices and then puzzle them back together :D Note: The PC version has lines connecting the vertices, which makes it slightly easier, however, the WebGL version shader does not support it, at the moment.

Since this is a prototype, please leave a comment below with your impression of it. Or contact me on twitter (right from the app). Would you want to see more like this? What did you like? What did you dislike? What would you like to configure yourself? Thanks so much for your help.

awesome concept, hope to see different shapes soon

and thank you for the bug warning as it has saved me several hours in playing

Thank you so much. What exactly do you mean by different shapes? Do you refer to the outline always being a rectangle? tbh I haven't thought about other outline shapes so far, as I was thinking photos or maybe even videoclips for puzzling. However, I am intrigued and will give it a try with triangle and maybe hexagonal start images. Thanks for the inspiration.

By the way, the "handle leaving playarea" bug should be dealt with in the most recent update (10 mins ago) :)
